Great for breakfast ! I add one scoop of 310 into my smooth along with one scoop of amazing grass super food, a 32g protein muscle milk and then add frozen fruit. This gives me I have plenty of energy throughout the morning; I am 190 lb male.
You can choose to lose weight or maintain weight depending on what your lunch and dinner look like ... most of the time I eat a healthy salad for lunch. This has worked for me a few years now... I can be 182 to 193 lbs depending on the 2nd 2 meals of the day plus exercise levels.

I was a little hesitant to buy because I read a couple of reviews that stated so vehemently how horrible this stuff tastes and they could barely choke it down. Other reviews said they really liked it. I have been drinking regular protein powder shakes for years so I am used to the flavor of them and thought I would go ahead and try it to form my own opinion. Honestly, I don't understand what they are talking about. It tastes pretty good to me.
I tried Shakeology and it was way too sweet for me and very expensive which is why I went in search of something else and found this. The flavor of the 310 Chocolate is just the right amount of sweetness for me. I don't think it tastes bad or chalky and it keeps me full for about 4 hours which is perfect for the mornings for me.
I haven't tried the other flavors and probably won't. I blend mine with banana, ice, almond milk, plain greek yogurt and PB2 or Adam's Peanut Butter. I haven't tried it without those ingredients so it might not taste so good if it was just blended by itself with water or almond milk. Overall I think it's a great product and at half the cost of Shakeology, my husband and I can both have shakes every day without spending a fortune.

The Bad
I drank Shakeology for a month because it was included in a nutrition package that I purchased through Beachbody. However, I couldn't stomach the price of $130/month, so I decided to try out the chocolate 310 shake for half the price. I was willing to give it my best shot; however, I am on day 3 of this, and I can barely gag it down.
It makes me almost physically ill to drink it. The taste is like drinking chalky peas with some horrible vegetable after taste. This is after mixing it just like I did my Shakeology with half a banana, a handful of spinach, a cup of ice, a cup of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder. Nothing can hide the taste.
I am one to normally give very positive reviews, but be warned that unless you have no taste buds, don't spend $70 on this. If I could send it back, I would!

Assuming all the claims stated are true, the only one we can speak of is flavor, and I give it an "F" and is not for "Flavor", but as for "Failed"... I have never been a fan of these shakes, but was introduced to the Yoli shakes and I was impressed with the taste, which I have drinking for close to a month now; however, I wanted to try 310 as a plant base shake with no sugar.
I don't mix with water, but with milk and Yoli Vanilla has a perfect taste, but 310 needed a banana to overwhelm the chalky taste, which works, but still not a pleasant drink and the chalky sensation in your mouth is noticeable. I will finish the bag I bought, so I don't feel I wasted my money, but it will be the last one.
BTW, I am NOT a Yoli vendor, I am just giving my honest opinion!
